Nissan TITAN wins ‘Best Value Extreme Off-Road’ category at annual Active Lifestyle Vehicle Awards for second straight year

The 2017 Nissan TITAN PRO-4X full-size pickup was named the top vehicle in the "Best Value Extreme Off-Road" category at the Active Lifestyle Vehicle Awards (ALV), an annual on-road and off-road vehicle evaluation program held in Chandler, Arizona. TITAN PRO-4X topped the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, Ram Rebel and Toyota 4Runner to earn top honors for the second straight year. Awards were judged by a panel of more than 20 national and Arizona-based active lifestyle and automotive journalists and athletically focused consumers – including cyclists, triathletes, former National Football League (NFL) players and ex-pro athletes. The ALV awards are earned by vehicle manufacturers in various categories, such as family value, green vehicles, luxury and off-road. TITAN PRO-4X was noted for its overall performance, packaging and overall capability. The Nissan TITAN half-ton is offered in a roomy Crew Cab body in both 4x4 and 4x2 configurations and in five well-equipped grade levels: S, SV, PRO-4X, SL and Platinum Reserve – each powered by the 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 gasoline engine. In addition to the Crew Cab model, TITAN Single Cab and King Cab models are also offered. For 2018, a new Midnight Edition featuring a special "blackout" exterior treatment is available on TITAN Crew Cab SV and SL grade 4x4 and 4x2 models. All 2017 and 2018 TITAN and TITAN XD models are covered by Nissan's recently announced "America's Best Truck Warranty1"– featuring bumper-to-bumper coverage of 5-years/100,000-miles, whichever comes first.
