2018 Nissan LEAF offers more range, content and technology for lower MSRP than previous generation design
Nissan has announced U.S. pricing for the 2018 Nissan LEAF, which goes on sale in early 2018 at LEAF Certified Nissan dealers nationwide.
The new 2018 LEAF features a 150-mile driving range2, all-new attractive exterior design, roomy high tech interior and advanced technologies including ProPILOT™ Assist and e-Pedal. It is the first step in the launch of Nissan’s new LEAF and will be followed in model year 2019 with a high-power version with increased motor output and battery capacity.

Nissan today continues its pursuit toward a clean-energy future with the reveal of the all-new Nissan LEAF. José Muñoz, Chief Performance Officer, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and Chairman, Nissan North America, Inc., unveiled the 2018 Nissan LEAF at a media event at Las Vegas’ Thomas & Mack Center. The debut immediately followed the LEAF’s global launch in Tokyo, Japan.

Following the recent announcement of the advanced ProPILOT Assist™ and Rear Door Alert (RDA), Nissan is launching another innovative technology in the 2018 model year – the Intelligent Rear View Mirror (I-RVM). I-RVM adds a built-in LCD monitor within the traditional rearview mirror to help provide clear rearward visibility unimpeded by traditional obstacles such as cargo, tall passengers or the design of a vehicle.

Nissan Group of North America pledges support to Hurricane Harvey relief and recovery efforts
Nissan Group of North America today announced an immediate $150,000 cash donation to the American Red Cross in support of relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Harvey. The company also will match employee donations to American Red Cross dollar-for-dollar up to $100,000. Additionally, 20 Nissan TITANs will be provided to support humanitarian relief organizations across the Gulf Coast region.
The funds will be used to assist the American Red Cross in providing food, shelter, relief supplies, emotional support, recovery planning and other assistance as well as supporting the vehicles, warehouses and people that make all this critical help possible.

Less than a week after its global debut, the next-generation Nissan LEAF begins making public appearances at National Drive Electric Week events across the U.S. Consumers in eight cities will get an up-close look at the second-generation LEAF. Nissan LEAF is the official sponsor of National Drive Electric Week for the third straight year.
