Preventative Steps

We know that your vehicle may play a key role in your day-to-day schedule, so if you are looking to purchase or service a vehicle, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure experience! Below are additional measures we have adopted to follow the CDC’s guidelines for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers:
  • Masks
    • Virginia: while masks are not required, we strongly encouraged those who have not been vaccinated to wear one. Our employees will also ask if you prefer for them to wear a mask during your visit, as our priority is making sure you are comfortable.
    • Maryland: as of August 8, 2021, Prince George’s County has reinstituted an indoor public mask mandate, which applies to vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. 
  • Our employees have been educated on the CDC’s guidelines and we recommend they take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing and staying home when not feeling well.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the facilities, both during the day and at night.
  • Hand sanitizer is offered throughout the facilities for additional disinfecting.
  • All customer waiting areas are disinfected daily and have been rearranged to ensure proper social distancing.
  • Loaner vehicles are cleaned and disinfected when they are returned.

Our sales departments are open and ready to assist you with your car buying needs. We encourage you to utilize our at home car-buying resources, such as a virtual walk-through of the vehicle you are interested in. We are also offering “Touchless Delivery” at this time - we can come to your home, within 30 miles of our stores, for a safe and touchless demonstration, test drive and delivery. Service

SERVICE

Our service and parts departments are open to accommodate the needs of our customers. If you drop your vehicle off at our facility, we will service vehicles the same day to ensure our customers can be in and out as quickly as possible. All 9 service centers have loaner vehicles available that are cleaned after every use. The following stores are also offering no-contact home pick-up and drop-off for service appointments within a 20 mile radius of the dealership: Passport BMW, INFINITI of Suitland, MINI of Alexandria and MINI of Montgomery County.
