2023 NISSAN Z at Passport Nissan

A classic-inspired, gasoline-fueled, manual-transmission sports car revived in an era of increasingly electric sports cars. The all-new 2023 Z stays true to its performance roots, with a powerful 6-cylinder under the hood; a Front Midship, rear-wheel-drive design that places the engine farther back in the chassis for enhanced balance; and a suspension that makes you feel hard-wired to the road. It’s an authentic sports car in the purest sense of the word.

With a 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo engine, the new Z is rated at 400 horsepower and 350 pound-foot of torque. A 9-speed automatic is available. An 8-inch touchscreen is standard. So are various safety features, including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning and lane-departure warning.

The Z will initially be available in two versions, Sport and Performance. Horsepower will be the same in both, but the Performance version will have a rear spoiler, leather sets, Launch Control, which automatically provides maximum acceleration from a stop, and a few other upgrades.
